To begin the planning and booking process, a non refundable Professional Planning and Service Fee is required. This reflects the time, expertise, and coordination involved in designing a personalized journey.

The fee varies depending on destination complexity, itinerary scope, and number of travelers. Details are shared during your consultation.

This fee is separate from the cost of travel and is not applied toward trip payments.

Do you offer complimentary bookings?

If you already know the exact property, travel dates, and room category you would like, and do not require research or itinerary design, I am happy to secure and manage the reservation without a planning fee.

Fully customized itineraries and curated planning services require a professional planning fee.

How far in advance should I begin planning?

International travel should begin no less than 90 days prior to departure depending on destination, with most itineraries ideally planned between 6 to 18 months in advance.

Holiday travel, milestone celebrations, and high demand destinations should be secured as early as possible to access the best available accommodations and experiences.

Early planning allows for premium room categories, preferred properties, and a more intentional design process.

Do you assist with last minute travel?

I can assist with short notice travel when availability allows. However, planning within 90 days of departure significantly limits access to preferred accommodations and experiences.

Requests made within 90 days of departure require an additional fee due to the increased coordination and urgency involved.

For the strongest options and a thoughtfully paced itinerary, advance planning is always recommended.
